hbazi Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

By accessing, browsing or using the hbazi platform at hbazi.vu ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who do not create an account, registered members, and players actively using casino games or sports betting services. hbazi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use hbazi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hbazi is strictly an adult-only platform. Players aged under 21 are prohibited from registering or using any part of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration including your legal full name and valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not already hold another active hbazi account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds held within them may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of hbazi or any affiliated company, including game providers whose products appear on the Platform.

To access the full range of hbazi services including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and live game play, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a chosen username and a password. You must not use another person's identity or contact details during registration.

hbazi may at any time, and particularly before processing a withdrawal, require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport showing full legal name and date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• Proof of Bangladesh mobile number ownership matching the number registered to the account.
• Source of funds documentation may be requested for large withdrawal transactions as part of responsible banking compliance.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen showing the registered mobile number.

Deposit Policy

hbazi accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit subject to account standing and verification status. Deposit funds are credited to your hbazi account balance in real time for mobile banking methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to clear. hbazi does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals at hbazi are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the account holder's verified name. hbazi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement rollover before a withdrawal from the associated balance can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus rollover is incomplete may be declined or may result in the cancellation of the active bonus.

hbazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses for existing players, free spin packages and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL, Pohela Boishakh and T20 World Cup tournaments.

All bonuses at hbazi are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's published terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per player, per household address and per shared device applies.
• Bonuses have a validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Any bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without prior notice.
• hbazi reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to an account where wagering has already commenced.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbazi platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account or identity to access or use the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or betting market, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing activity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or exploit to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including automated betting systems.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to launder money through the Platform in any way.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing hbazi staff or other players through any communication channel available on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, pricing error or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

All content on the hbazi platform — including but not limited to the hbazi brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement of all such content — is the exclusive property of hbazi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hbazi.

The hbazi name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of hbazi. Unauthorised use of any hbazi trademark, service mark or trade name is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use hbazi trademarks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbazi, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

hbazi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hbazi makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any information published on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, hbazi's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

hbazi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and should never be used as a source of income or as a means of addressing financial difficulties. hbazi strongly advises all players to set personal budgets, play within their means, and make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to contact the hbazi support team immediately. hbazi support can assist with activating deposit limits, applying a cooling-off period or initiating a full self-exclusion. Self-excluded players will not receive any marketing communications from hbazi for the duration of the exclusion period.

hbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe, or player request for self-exclusion. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hbazi will endeavour to communicate the reason for the suspension to the affected player within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that may restrict such disclosure.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than fraud, money laundering or Terms violation, any verified remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts closed due to fraud, money laundering suspicion or serious Terms violations may have all balances forfeited pending investigation.

hbazi reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hbazi will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered to the account. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hbazi operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that the materials or services on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
